I spent two and half decades in advertising, delivering branding and marketing solutions to a line-up of top Australian and international companies including Toyota, Sheraton Hotels, Coles and Myer, BP, Saab, Cadburys, Sealy Posturepeadic, Shell, P&O, Siemens, Bank of Queensland, RACQ, and Suncorp.
For me the essence of a brand is customer loyalty and repeat business. In the last fifteen years I have worked closely with a diverse range of organisations including retailers, manufacturers, government departments and industries, sharing my passion for the brand and developing brand strategies capable of building wealth through the strength of stakeholder and customer relationships.
I have spent a great deal of time developing a strategic planning tool based around the principles of branding.
